Description
Another page I recently finished. I had planned to do this piece as a "How To" tutorial for an issue of Blueline Magazine, but after San Diego, and the fact that my friend who edited the mag left, I decided to just do this for myself.

*Edit* went back in to touch up a few things with this page, and added some Black and White Splatter to it, to bring it out more from the rest of the buildings in the background. I used the quill and a Ruler for it, rather than a tooth brush. A little trick I learned many years ago from Jason Gorder.

I think you've done a lot better work on other pieces, this one when you look from the pencils to the inks they look exactly the same (one just darker than the other). It doesn't look like you added and flair to it or made it pop, it just sits there on the page. There's so much you could have done to improve some of the detailing, even just stylizing it, but its just not there.
